A solid understanding of MOSS 2007, previous versions of SharePoint,.NET, and C# is a good start. People with experience in relational databases, HTML, XML and related technologies, Java and JavaScript are highly desirable. People with a background in RDIMS, Livelink® or other information managment systems are also people we want to know.
